II: Creating a new Outlook Profile
  1. Click Start->Control Panel.
  2. In the Mail Setup-Outlook dialog box -> Click Show Profiles.

  4. In New Profile ->Type New Profile name and click Ok.
  5. In Add New Account dialog box, type email account information and click Next.

III: Configuring New Profile
  1. From General tab of Mail dialog box, make the selection of Always Use this Profile.
  2. Under Always Use this Profile, click the drop-down menu and select the new profile.
  3. Click Ok to close the Mail dialog box.

#3 Running Inbox Repair Utility

Inbox Repair Utility comes with MS Outlook to fix the nitty gritty issues. To run this utility user must know the Outlook version in use and the corresponding location of Scanpst.exe. You can reach the path of the Outlook PST file by visiting the Account Settings, switching to the Data Files tab, selecting the PST file and then clicking on Open File Location option. The default file location for scanPST.exe application is – C:\ > Program Files (x86) >Microsoft Office >Office12 > Scanpst.exe.
